Apply for Admission to an Online Degree Program
Online students apply to the university in the same way as students pursuing a degree in a face-to-face program. The "Get Started" pages contain more detailed application and enrollment instructions for undergraduate online students and graduate online students.
Get Started as an Undergraduate
Interested in pursuing a bachelor's degree at Sam Houston? Undergraduate students have completed high school or will soon complete high school and may or may not have completed some transferable college credit hours at SHSU or another institution.
Get Started as a Graduate Student
Applicants interested in pursuing a master's degree, doctoral program or other post-baccalaureate certificate. Graduate-level classes are available in on-campus, evening and online programs.
